Welcome to PrimeNets Global. By registering a Node and accessing our proprietary API arbitrage infrastructure, you agree to be bound by the following corporate terms.
1. Node Deployment & Liquidity
PrimeNets provides digital agency nodes that facilitate high-frequency e-commerce arbitrage. Capital deposited into nodes is utilized as active liquidity to execute cross-border supply chain acquisitions. Yields are generated purely from successful market latency flips.
2. Volatility & Risk Assumption
Global trade is subject to macroeconomic volatility. Users acknowledge that digital logistics inherently carry risks. PrimeNets utilizes advanced predictive algorithms to mitigate loss, but past arbitrage performance is not indicative of future yields.
3. Withdrawal Capacity & Compliance
To prevent platform liquidity shocks and adhere to international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) directives, withdrawal velocity is restricted based on your Node's Class capacity. Tier 1 nodes are subject to volume ceilings. Expanding your syndicate network may be required to authorize high-volume liquidity extraction.
4. Force Majeure (Liability Waiver)
PrimeNets shall not be held liable for any degradation of capital, pause in daily yields, or restriction of withdrawals caused by events beyond our direct corporate control. These events include, but are not limited to:
- Sovereign regulatory actions, API embargoes, or blockchain network congestion.
- International freight blockades or global supply chain failures.
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or major geopolitical unrest impacting supplier nodes (e.g., in Shenzhen, Guangzhou).
In the event of Force Majeure, PrimeNets reserves the right to temporarily suspend operations to protect core system liquidity.
